‘It’s important to find what really suits who you are, because style isn’t only what you wear, it’s what you project.’ – Carolina Herrera
1. Rich Colours
Pay attention to your colour choices. Darker colours usually convey a stronger impression than lighter ones. If you’re giving a presentation, make sure that the colour you’re wearing won’t blend into the background behind you.
2. Pay Attention To Your Bag
The last thing you want is personal items falling out of it. Keep your bag clean on the inside, especially if it doesn’t have a zipper and allows others to catch a glimpse inside from time to time.
3. Your Jewellery Shouldn’t Make A Noise
It can be really distracting for both yourself and your colleagues if your dangly bangles make a noise every time you move.
4. Dry Your Hair
Arriving to the office with wet hair gives the impression that you don’t have your life together. You may not always have time for a full blow wave styling session but at least dry it and tie it up.
5. Make Sure Your Clothes Fit You
Sure, it may sound obvious but many of us actually wear clothes that are too big or too small. Ensuring a proper fit will make sure you look so much more put together.
